Shadow Forest Elementary's Small Group Counseling Information Form
The purpose of small groups is to bring students with similar needs or concerns together to share, problem solve, and connect with their peers to enhance their social and emotional development.  Small group counseling is available to all students.  Groups typically range in size from 4 to 6 students and meet once a week for 6 weeks during the normal school day.  If you are interested in your child being considered for a small group, please complete the form below and Mrs. Zuercher/Counselor will be notified.
