Before you continue, be advised that our events at Fonta Flora Brewery are outdoor markets with limited tents. Due to limited space, if you do not reserve a tent space, you will not be allowed to bring one meaning you and your product will be vulnerable to the elements. If available, we provide a sun umbrella and sun screen. You are welcomed to bring items to help against the elements but please run them by your coordinator first.

Last minute cancellations will not be refunded and are subjected to up to a $35 no show fee. Each case is reviewed by the event coordinator who will do their best to reschedule you. *

Markets are rain or shine. We will monitor weather closely on all days leading up to events. If market is rescheduled, your fee will be applied to the new date. If the date does not work for you, we will try to fit you into another market. However, this is not guaranteed. No refunds will be given. *

No fee is required to apply for a certificate of registration. In the rare case you are asked for this by a state representative and do not have it, you are liable for any fees you may inquire. You are responsible for all materials needed for market. This includes both indoor and outdoor. For outdoor markets you must have a 10x10 pop up tent, tent weights and materials needed for inside your booth. For indoor markets you will only need your product and tools needed to build your display. *
