Each year, the Literacy Association of Tennessee awards up to $400 for a Reading Improvement Project. These grants could be used to improve reading instruction through experimenting with new techniques and/or materials, developing innovative programs, or sponsoring/attending literacy trainings.

• Applicants must be members of the Literacy Association of Tennessee
• Deadline for grant application submission is January 31.
• Grants will be awarded by April 30.
• A short final report will be required by May 31.
