Media Manager Requirements:

You must have discord.

Your main language should be Spanish and if you know English too much better.

You must be a person responsible and keep an eye to all our social networks ( Facebook, Flick, Instagram and Our own website ).

Send notices to our group of designers with the necessary information to send us their ads to our google drive or discord.

You must have all the ads for each round ready for submission every 29th of each month, this means that you will have to ask for some ads if our designer does not send us it on time and publish the catalog of each round when the event opens in all our social networks. ( No need to rush, you can do one at a time )

You must always be nice, never be rude even if some people are.

Surely you have to answer some questions that our designers will ask you, example : setup dates, pay room etc.

You must publish our catalog in facebook and flickr groups.

You must communicate to us at any time if you cannot do your work for any reason in advance if it can be.

You must be aware that on certain dates you should only care about your work and nothing else like the opening of the event. This day is very important and you cannot be distracted by other things.
