1. Intended Use: Our products are designed specifically for vehicles intended for competition or race events on closed courses. Any usage on public roads or on vehicles not intended for competition is strictly prohibited by federal and state regulatory agencies. 

2. Purchaser Acknowledgment: By proceeding with your purchase, you confirm the following: ● You intend to install this product on a vehicle designed exclusively for competition or race use, limited to closed courses. ● You have reviewed and ensured compliance with your local laws, ordinances, and regulations related to EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and CARB (California Air Resources Board) guidelines. It is essential to be aware that altering or modifying a motor vehicle pollution control system without an EO # (Executive Order Number) is illegal. 

3. Legal Consequences: In California and cooperating states, installing non-CARB approved parts on a pollution-controlled vehicle may lead to actions by the DMV, such as revoking vehicle registration and failing smog inspections. Law enforcement may issue citations for using illegal aftermarket parts, potentially resulting in the seizure of your title and license plate. 

4. Federal Clean Air Act: WARNING - FOR CLOSED COURSE COMPETITION USE ONLY. NOT INTENDED FOR STREET USE. THE SALE, USE, OR INSTALLATION OF THIS PRODUCT MAY ALSO BE ILLEGAL NATIONWIDE UNDER THE FEDERAL CLEAN AIR ACT (42 U.S.C. § 7522(A)(3)) 

5. Product Claims: RNJ Performance does not make any claims or representations regarding parts lacking CARB certification with an Executive Order, and we do not assert that such parts are legal for use on public roadways. Our products are explicitly designed for use in competition on closed courses and are labeled as "RACE USE ONLY" or “TRACK USE ONLY”. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and understand the terms and conditions outlined above. RNJ Performance and its distribution network cannot be held responsible for your independent decision to install or use this product. Please ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in your area.
