There are three ways to provide comments to the Boulder Contact Improv Lab Core.

1. In person: talk to the facilitator, doorkeeper or another Core member present at Lab that day.

2. Email: labcore@googlegroups.com

3. Anonymously through this feedback form

You can use this form to provide any kind of  feedback regarding the Lab. If you have experienced harm at the Lab, we’d prefer you reach out to us in person or by email so that we can most effectively respond, but if you prefer to remain anonymous,  this is a place to share your experience. 

You are welcome to be as specific as you feel comfortable. We are grateful for your willingness to share your feedback and experience with us.
