I will as a Manager of a Pittsburgh Power Softball Team: (1) Attend evaluations and participate fully in evaluations or provide a team representative to participate in manager absence. (2) Collect fees from all players by designated dates. (3) Submit all forms electronically by the designated date. (3a) Player Information Sheet and/or Roster; (3b) Code of Conduct for all players, parents; (3c) Medical Release Form for all players; (3d) Birth Certificate for all players and coaches/manager; (3e) Manager/Coaches required clearances (4) Attend all monthly general meetings or provide a team representative in manager absence. (5) Attend all special meetings for Night at the Races, Battle in the Burgh, Meet‐The‐Teams Banquet or any other special meetings as designated or provide a team representative. (6) Participate fully in all power events including but not limited to Night at the Races, Battle in the Burgh, and Meet‐The‐Team Banquet. (7) Be required to sit on one committee, if applicable (8) Attempt to attend one coach’s clinic per year. (9) Attend all instructional meetings as scheduled. (10) Not use or have in my possession any alcohol or illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia during practices or games. (11) Return all equipment to the organization upon exiting or dismissal from the organization. (12) Utilize social media in an appropriate manner. (13) Encourage players to play for other Power teams when asked, prior to playing for any other fastpitch travel organizations. *
