LATE REGISTRATION
- In your representative club in the DOOLEYS Metro League Competition, go to the registration tab.
- Click on ‘manage’ next to the Participant to Club/Participant to Club Team form and change the end date. At the bottom of the screen, make sure registration visibility is hidden and then click ‘save’.
- When you need to late register a player send them the link to the Participant to Club/Participant to Club Team form. You will then need to allocate this player to the correct team.
- Once the above process has been completed, please complete the Late Registration/De-Registration google form (available on the DOOLEYS Metro League page of the Netball NSW website)
- From one week prior to the competition commencing, the Netball NSW Competitions team will process these late registrations and will issue an approval email. Players are not eligible to compete in DOOLEYS Metro League without this approval email from the Netball NSW Competitions team.
PLEASE NOTE: A player late registration is not complete until all the above steps have been completed. All steps MUST be completed by 4pm on the day of play in order for players to be eligible to take the court that night. Players will not be eligible to take the court without the final email confirmation.
DE-REGISTRATION
- Complete the Late Registration/De-Registration google form (available on the DOOLEYS Metro League page of the Netball NSW website)
- From one week prior to the competition commencing, the Netball NSW Competitions team will unallocate the player from your team and will issue a confirmation of your de-registrations. Players have not been de-registered from the DOOLEYS Metro League Competition until you have received this confirmation email from the Netball NSW Competitions team.
