Dear Umpires/Officials, Welcome to D1-Prospects. I am super excited to hear that you are interested in joining our D1 Prospects Umpire Family. We have a lot of Programs - Tournaments, Leagues and Scrimmages that you can participate in throughout the State. WE have great Trainers and Mentors available to assist while you learn the craft of Umpiring.
Our MISSION:
Empower youth to become leaders in life through active participation in sports. Incorporating championship life skills such as building confidence and self esteem, teamwork, goal setting and resiliency.
JUNIOR UMPIRE PROGRAM -
Welcoming all youth ages 15 and up. Come join the BEST Softball Umpire Association. Our Junior Umpire Program leads the State of Utah in Training, Mentorship, and Retention. Working to Strengthen Youth Umpire Programs across the State. Great Summer, part-time, weeknight or weekend work. Tournaments, leagues, scrimmage and travel opportunities. You get to set your own schedule.
Pay Rates are from $25-$50 per game. Game Rate is determined by the League UIC
