Thomas Gainsborough School is running a 4 week, fun activities program over the summer. It will run Monday through Thursday from 27th July until 20th August, from 10 am until 2 pm and lunch will be provided. This form will be accompanied by a physical consent form for you to sign and return when your child attends their first session, we will also have these on hand on the day.

Please fill out 1 form for every child attending the holiday club.
