Any exhibitor that applies for space at the Lost Pines Knife Show agrees to abide by all rules, regulations and
laws. Lost Pines Knife Show expects that all exhibitors will be forthcoming regarding the
origin of their materials and the process by which the items are created. We expect that each exhibitor will
only be displaying and selling quality made items. VIOLATION OF SHOW RULES OR VIOLATIONS OF THE LAW is
grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises without compensation of any kind.
Further, the exhibitor agrees:
1. Lost Pines Knife Show and Bastrop Convention Center, its agents, sponsors or employees, shall
not be held liable for property damage or personal injury to exhibitor, its agents or employees.
Exhibitor assumes all liability for loss or damage to exhibitor’s property entrusted to the premises.
Exhibitor shall hold Lost Pines Knife Show and Bastrop Convention Center harmless against all
expenses arising out of any claims of injury or damage to property.
2. Due to the nature of this being an outdoor show, Lost Pines Knife Show and Bastrop Convention Center assumes no responsibility for your property should you choose to leave it out overnight.
3. Lost Pines Knife Show reserves the right to demand immediate removal of items
which may not be in keeping with the show’s image or are deemed offensive at the sole discretion of
the show sponsors or employees.
4. Exhibitor agrees to collect sales tax where applicable and to conduct all business activity in compliance
with all applicable federal, state and local laws and accept responsibility for being informed about laws
relevant to his or her products, services or practices.
5. Exhibitor agrees to abide by all safety rules and accepts liability for compliance of employees and
guests.
6. You are expected to stay for the entirety of the show. If you pack up and leave before the end of the show without permission, you will risk not being invited back.
