Thank you for getting in touch with us, please accept our apologies if we have missed your donation this was not intentional.  Due to the number of streets and houses our volunteers in a 2 hour time scale, it is very easy for over sights to occur.  Volunteers register on a month by month basis only so sometimes a collection will occur one month, but not the next month.  

We appreciate every single item and bag which are donated to us each month and we will try to rectify as soon as possible for you through our network of volunteers - please allow a few days.
