نقدم لكم Skills4Sports هو مشروع ممول من قبل برنامج ENI CBC MED الذي يهدف إلى زيادة فرص العمل لل NEETs (اختصار لشخص "ليس في التعليم أو التوظيف أو التدريب") في منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط من خلال تدريب المهنيين لقطاع الرياضة والرياضة الإلكترونية ، والحد من عدم تطابق المهارات وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين في العملية. سيعمل المشروع أيضًا على تعزيز القدرة المؤسسية لما لا يقل عن 60 ممثلًا للمنظمات والمنظمات غير الحكومية والسلطات المحليةـ بالاضافة الى تدريب 1200 مستفيد في منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط  من خلال الندوات المتخصصة. أخيرًا ، سيشارك أرباب العمل وأصحاب المصلحة من قطاع الرياضة في التحالف الاستراتيجي لمشروع Skills4Sports ، وهي شبكة ستضغط للتأثير على السياسات والإجراءات اللازمة لخلق فرص عمل في المستقبل.

Skills4Sports (skills for sports) is a project funded by the ENI CBC MED Programme which aims to increase ‎the employability of NEETs (an acronym for a person who is "Not in Education, Employment, or Training") in the Mediterranean area by training new professionals ‎for the sport and e-Sport sector, reducing the mismatch of skills and involving the ‎main stakeholders in the process. The project will also strengthen the institutional ‎capacity of at least 60 representatives of organizations, non-profit organizations (NGOs), and local authorities ‎in addition to 1200 NEETs in the Mediterranean through specialized seminars. Finally, employers and ‎stakeholders from the sports sector will be involved in the Strategic Alliance for ‎Skills4Sports, a network that will lobby to influence the policies and actions needed ‎to create job opportunities in the near future
