Here is the menu:
Starter: bruschetta with burrata (creamy mozzarella cheese) and anchovies AND bruschetta with burrata and salmon
Main course: Risotto with creamy shrimp OR Pappardelle (a kind of long and flat pasta) with zucchini flowers, cuttlefish, zucchini and saffron.
Second main course: Bread with small octopus and fried musky octopus
Water, wine, dessert and coffee are included.
IMPORTANT: Vegetarians, vegans, gluten and lactose intolerants will be able to change the ingredients in this menu to meet their needs. Please fill in the dedicated section below so as to inform the restaurant owners about your preferences prior to the event.
The cost per person is set at €40 to be paid in advance at the registration desk of the conference on the 5th December.
