Dear Parents & Carers,

We are excited to be starting a Gardening Club called ‘Grow Getters’ at our College this year. This group will meet together on a Monday at lunch to work on our College gardens. We will be working mainly on caring for and working on our veggie garden.

Should you wish to allow your child to participate in work on the gardens in times such as but not limited to class time, recess and/or lunch please complete the eform Permission note below. Our supervisors are in attendance at lunch on Mondays.

Please supply your child with their own gloves to wear during our garden time. For Primary students, please send the gloves in a zip locked bag with their name clearly labelled on the bag and both gloves and Mrs Neale will keep the gloves all together.

There is a lot of interest in this group, however the group will need to be capped at 20 students per day.

Parents and volunteers are welcome to come along once they have completed a 2022 Volunteers booklet and supplying a current volunteers WWCC number. Please see the College newsletter for details or collect a booklet from the College Office.
