You are responsible for payment of registered sessions at the Before & After School Program.  Accounts will not be issued a credit or discount for absences from the program without a minimum of 1 week cancellation notice.  

Use this form to:
- Inform us of an unexpected absence (ex: change of plans, illness)
- Submit a 1 week cancellation request an account credit
- Update your upcoming registrations due to a long term schedule change
