Bike/Bus the Barns 2022 Volunteer Signup Form
Bike and Bus the Barns ~ FairShare’s spectacular fundraising bicycle and bus tour that features area farms and fresh, local food. Proceeds from the ride benefit our organization and the Partner Shares Program, which helps low-income families access food grown right in their community by a CSA farmer!

Bike and Bus the Barns will be held on Sunday, September 18th this year, with pre-event activities happening the weeks before the ride (more information below). The event this year is based in Madison, Wisconsin, with farm stops around southeastern Dane County.

Times are subject to slight change. We will contact you as the event approaches to confirm specific times and locations. All volunteers will receive a custom Bike the Barns poster and a $5 discount on the event t-shirt. If you volunteer all day for the event (three or more shifts), you will receive a farm-fresh lunch and an After Party ticket (food items and a beverage)!

Volunteer assumes full responsibility for any risk of property damage or bodily injury caused by, arising out of, or related to volunteer’s performance of any of the activities, except for injuries or damage caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of FairShare CSA Coalition and its respective officers, directors, members, employees, and staff. Volunteer covenants and agrees to release, waive and hold FairShare and the Board and their respective officers, directors, members, employees, and staff harmless from and against any and all property damage and bodily injury incurred or sustained by volunteers as a result of, arising out of, caused by, or relating in any way to Volunteer’s participation in, access to and/or use of any FairShare property for the purpose of performing any volunteer activities.
