The marking and assessment boycott (MAB) begins on Thursday 20th April.  From this date onwards, members should not mark assignments including exams, essays or theses, grade activities such as lab practice or presentations, or participate in administrative work associated with marks and grades.

The UCU national website provides a range of answers to commonly asked questions here:
https://www.ucu.org.uk/MAboycottFAQs

The impact of a marking and assessment boycott on employers is significant, but to carry it out successfully, we must stand together and support each other.  There is a role for all of us - whether we are involved in marking or not - and by supporting each other we can maximise our impact to get the changes we all deserve.

Please get in touch if you have any questions about the boycott.  If you feel under pressure or stressed by taking part, please contact the branch.
