Merchants may request a maximum of 5 spaces per business. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. Each space costs $25. Please let us know how many you would like. 

Note: A space is the area a 2x8 table (or 2x6 if you prefer) would take up, plus the immediate (1-3 feet) sitting/standing room behind it. 

An invoice will be sent and must be paid before the deadline. Merchants who do not pay their invoice by the deadline may have their spaces given to the waiting list.

Does your booth require electricity? This costs $75 per electrical line installed, from the hotel. We are happy to facilitate merchants sharing a line, but are not responsible for mediating issues at the event.
