For kitesurfing at the Full Power Tarifa competition,  I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand and acknowledge that kitesurfing in strong wind conditions have inherent dangers that no amount of care can totally eliminate.

I expressly and voluntarily assume all risk of personal injury or death sustained while participating at "Full Power Tarifa“, whether or not caused by the negligence of the released parties.

I confirm that my insurance covers third party damage to people and property. I confirm that I am an open water swimmer and that I am not under influence of alcohol or drugs.

I am not pregnant or nursing.

I further represent that I am at least 18 years old and that I am in a good health condition and have no medical condition that may interfere with the practice of kitesurfing. If you are not 18, you will need to be accompanied by a legal guardian, who will sign this waiver.

I have no mental impairment that may affect my judgement of danger. I acknowledge that I have been given adequate opportunity to read and understand this document, that it was not presented to me at the last minute.
