Dear Parents/Guardians,

Whole School Activities 2023 - Acknowledgement and Permission Slip

Throughout 2023 your daughter will be involved in a number of whole school events.

The list of events indicates the times students are required and when they are not required at school for the specified day.

The list of whole school events for 2023 will be covered by this form. Please note that these dates are firm, but the format of each event will depend on Government advice regarding gatherings and social distancing.

On early dismissal days, students travelling on school buses leaving from the bus bay are to remain at school. Supervision will be provided in the library and Mercy Square. Students are not to leave the school grounds and return at 3:10pm to catch the bus.

It would be advisable to print the Calendar of Whole School Events and keep this information for future reference.

During the year, your child may create materials (Works) or may be photographed or filmed for our school publications, website and/or social media, or other print or electronic media (including third party websites).The Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) may also wish to use the student’s name, image, voice or material created by students (Works) in print and online promotional, marketing, media and educational materials. CSPD seeks your consent to use your daughter’s name, image, voice and her Works for the above purposes. Consent does not apply to the provision of official school photographs that will be utilised for internal administrative purposes such as student Identification cards, library loan cards and the like. I give permission for my daughter’s materials (Works) or my daughter to be photographed or filmed for our school publications, website and/or social media, or other print or electronic media (including third party websites).

If your daughter has become an Australian Citizen during her enrolment in Catherine McAuley, please have her bring the ORIGINAL CITIZENSHIP CERTIFICATE to be sighted by the school's Enrolment Officer, Mrs Amanda Delialioglu, in the Administration Office and a copy will be made for your daughter’s file and her student data will be updated from Permanent Resident to Australian Citizen.
