Founders leading the early stage startups go through multiple challenges in a resource constraint settings. Impact Lab helps such founders save TIME, EFFORT and MONEY needed to solve some of those challenges by enabling them to tap youth energy, get leadership support and access to the the investors.

Startup founders can put up their business challenges in a project form that aspiring founders and/or students from various campuses can join to solve. If such projects are approved in the Impact Lab, startups can access students who are willing to work to solve the challenges startups are facing. Startups not only get multiple & sharp brains working together to solve the problems but also get an opportunity to find right talents to hire & build up a team. Students not only learn by working on live projects but also get a chance to get hired by the startups they like to work with.

Startups that have crossed the ideation stage are eligible to apply. Please register your business in the platform by joining as an organisation before adding the project.

This is how it works-

1. Once you submit the details through this form, Impact Lab team reviews it for approval. You may be asked to have an interaction with the Impact Lab team before project is approved.

2. Approved project is put up live in the network

2. Network attracts 2-4 talented youths who are passionate to solve such challenge

3. Network appoints a leader to lead the project from the Impact Lab side

4. As per the project, Founder works with an extended team for 4-8 weeks,

5. Solution/work is submitted to the Founder at the end of the project

6. During the process your business gets more visibility & engagement in the network too

(Startups will be required to pay platform fee when project is initiated with the team. Minimum fee for a project of 4 weeks by an early stage startups is INR 10,000 + taxes. For mid-higher level businesses, cost is higher.)
