Applications should be completed in full at time of submission.
Each application will be reviewed upon receipt on a first come, first served basis. Upon acceptance to the Wild & Wonderful Outdoor Expo, vendors will receive an Invoice and Signature Page via email.
OUTDOOR EXPO VENDORS will be provided a space ten feet by ten feet (10'x10') or ten feet by twenty feet (10'x20') unless other arrangements have been made. Each OUTDOOR EXPO VENDOR should provide their own canopies (if desired), tables and tablecloths for booth. The OUTDOOR EXPO does not provide chairs or tables. Booths are to ALWAYS look professional.
There is electric power on site.
OUTDOOR EXPO VENDORS
MUST have current Business Licenses and display them at their booth in a visible location during the OUTDOOR EXPO. Liability Insurance is highly recommended, however we will accept a signed LIABILITY WAIVER in lieu of insurance. We will email each vendor a LIABILITY WAIVER upon acceptance to the event.

No solicitation of cash donations will be allowed without proper non-profit status and/or prior written approval of the OUTDOOR EXPO MANAGER. You will be required to provide documentation prior to acceptance into the OUTDOOR EXPO.
This is a family friendly event and all items being displayed must be appropriate for all ages.
The OUTDOOR EXPO MANAGER reserves the right to refuse the sale of any items or ask vendors to adjust their display of certain items, for any reason, that any affect the integrity of the OUTDOOR EXPO and will remove any VENDOR from the OUTDOOR EXPO without a refund, that does not comply.
