Hello PNWTOA members - our bylaws subcommitee is studying potential amendments to our bylaws to inculde on our annual Board of Director election ballot in April.
To help inform the proposals to put before the membership, we would love to get as many of your thoughts as possible on the topic of
Board of Director term limits.
Currently, the PNWTOA Board consists of 9 total Directors, each elected for 3-year terms. 3 terms expire (the seats are up for election) every year. Our current bylaws specify that no Director should serve more than 2 consecutive terms (6 years in a row).
