Adams 12 Five Star Schools is seeking parent and community leaders to join several committees for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a great opportunity to get involved in the district and to help inform and shape our work.

**Please note that completing this form does not guarantee a spot on the committee. Members will be selected with the goal of representing every school level, as well the various geographic regions of the district.**
