BWAR Surgery Financial Assistance Request

To request financial assistance for your pet's spay/neuter surgery on the Brother Wolf Animal Rescue Spay/Neuter Clinic, please fill out this form for each animal you would like financial assistance for. We will review your information and get in touch as soon as we can. Please allow five business days for evaluation. 

Due to funding constraints, we are unable to approve all applications. If your application is approved, you will receive notification of funding via email within 3-5 business days. We do not accept applications for same-day appointments.

Please remember that due to the size of our mobile clinic, we’re unable to accommodate animals weighing 40lbs or more.

Financial assistance is very limited. We therefore strive to use these limited resources to impact the most at-risk animals. If there is additional information you can give us to help us in this decision-making process, it is appreciated. For example, how many unaltered animals live at your home, how many pregnancies the animal has had or fathered, if your unaltered animals roam free, if your unaltered animals are displaying behavior issues due to being unaltered, etc.
