All clients must enter the electrolysis studio through the right side gate, garage door on the left and the laundry room. You may not use the front door of the residence.

No client is to visit the property after business hours.

The only areas and rooms accessible in my house are the side gate, garage, laundry room and guest bathroom which will be shown to you on your initial appointment. The rest of the house is off limits to clients.
Please park in the driveway.

If you should arrive early to your appointment, please wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time or contact me via text to see if I am available to see you earlier. You can also enjoy the nice day and sit on the chairs outside to your right.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.

As much as I love and value our relationship, if you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours you will be charged half the cost of the appointment.
 
All payments are due at the time of the appointment.

No additional guests are allowed in the treatment room unless you are accompanying a minor.

I strive to keep a peaceful environment for your comfort but occasionally expect to hear possible sounds, i.e. doors closing, and our rambunctious children from other parts of the house as it is a home business.
 All packages expire at their stated date.

I do not work on men in the genitalia area, however I do work on trans women friends in the bikini region who are preparing for surgery.

Both the client and Chava Shinault have the right to terminate the business relationship at any time if we feel that it is not a good fit.
