This is the post lottery enrollment request form, for Pocosin Innovative Charter.  Please note: the application period to participate in our public lottery has closed.  However, we are still accepting applications.

Any applications received after March 1st will be time stamped in the order that they were received.  We will continue to make offers until a grade level is at capacity.

Siblings must be entered on individual applications. If this pertains to your family make sure to complete a separate application for each child you wish to apply.
