The $150 Application Fee is due upon acceptance. Please do not remit fees until acceptance.
All food vendors/food trucks must provide their own generator if electricity is needed. Generators must be grounded and in compliance with the Village of Oak Park's standards. All generators will be inspected the morning of the event by the Village of Oak Park.
Access to a water source is not provided.

Please remember that the event will go on rain or shine. Vendor fees are non-refundable. By filling this out I acknowledge that I will not hold the Oak Park Arts District Business Association liable for loss, damage, personal injury.
