Love Tito's Community Garden at Hope Farms Member Application
Welcome and thank you for your interest in joining our community of food growers at Hope Farms.

The Love Tito’s Community Garden at Hope Farms is a project of Recipe for Success Foundation, a 501(c)3 public charity that owns and operates Hope Farms along with a portfolio of other projects to address the epidemic of childhood obesity with programs that teach, empower and inspire healthy eating.

We aspire to make the Love Tito’s Community Garden at Hope Farms an integral part of Sunnyside, bringing neighbors together with gardening, celebration of healthy food and shared meals. Our space features twenty-two raised beds ready to support your food growing aspirations.

Applications for annual or seasonal garden bed use are accepted online on a first come basis. Once provisionally accepted, applicants must complete the Garden Member Agreement, acknowledge the Rules and Guidelines and pay fee to confirm space. Confirmed Members will then be invited to meet with our Garden Coordinator for their orientation and plot assignment. Whether they are experienced green thumbs or enthusiastic neophytes, Hope Farms offers the support of knowledgeable people and resources to help our all of our Community Members succeed.
