• Represent Karingal Neighbourhood Centre Inc in a positive way.
• Not discuss confidential issues of Karingal Neighbourhood Centre Inc with people outside the Centre.
• Not take illegal drugs or consume alcohol when on duty, or prior to commencement of duty, or on the premises.
• Follow any grievance procedures set down by the Management Committee to try to resolve any conflicts with other staff, tenants or Committee Members of Karingal Neighbourhood Centre Inc.
• Not harass in any form tenants, other staff or Committee Members of Karingal Neighbourhood Centre Inc.
• Not abuse, physically or verbally, tenants, other staff, or Committee Members of Karingal Neighbourhood Centre Inc.
• Perform duties to the best of their ability.
