On behalf of the Executive Board, we would like to welcome you to the 2024-2025 season of Tampa Bay Krewe Women’s Rugby for our 8th year as an organization and competitive rugby club.

Last season was record breaking in every way. At the forefront, we accomplished the goal we've been chasing since we first advanced out of Florida 3 years ago: a National Championship win! Additional accolades include winning the Florida Rugby Union State Championship for the 3rd year in a row, the USA Rugby Gulf Coast Super Regional Championship, and the Savannah Rugby Tournament Championship. 

Those successes on the field can be attributed to many things. Club membership was at an all time high for the 23-24 season with 46 total members, 32 of which were registered players. Practice attendance averaged around 25 players. Fundraising and sponsorship efforts exceeded $20,000, a club record, to support expenses including a Veo, new equipment, and post season travel. We also sought to give back to the development of rugby in the community by hosting our second annual All Ages Clinic and awarding 5 "Higher Level" Scholarships to current members. It's true, the 2023-2024 season was our most successful year yet. 

You may be wondering "how can we top that?!" Moving into 2024-2025, we hope to build upon the foundation we have laid for the success of this club over the last 7 years - and that starts with you! You showing up to practice. You volunteering for events. You fundraising and honoring our sponsorships. You putting on that black and red jersey. You believing in the purpose of this club. You being Krewe! With your commitment and dedication to the club and the club's goals, we can make anything happen - even a back-to-back National Championship :)
