This form is for students who are signing up for their first experience at Cherubs Preschool.
Students are added to class lists/waitlists upon receipt of both registration and fee.
Please Note: Registration is on a FIRST-COME-FIST-SERVED basis.
If you are registering more than one child, please note that you will have to submit this form once for each child. Once the form is submitted you will be given an option to submit another registration.
