Before Completing the form, we need you to understand that a 50% deposit is required to secure your booth at the 2022 Australian Dance Festival. Due to exclusivity agreements with some of our sponsors, we are not able to offer exhibitor opportunities to entities providing the following services:
- Insurance services to dance studio owners
- Travel services to dance studio owners

As we are unsure whether Covid restrictions will be in place in April 2022, we are currently only offering the following options for exhibitors:
1) Banner/ Virtual Exhibiting (from $275 + GST)

3) Sponsoring a Workshop (From $500 + GST)

Buy 2 Banners and receive a Teachers Pass to the ADF valued at $180. This will enable to you access all the Teachers workshops and network with them on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Buy 4 Banners and get the Teachers Pass + During the Night time shows, our MC will promote your business and we will display your logo on our 16ft x 9ft screen.

Note that the pricing below is what you will need to pay to ADF. Please note that you will still need to provide us with your own 800mm x 2000mm pop up banner (which costs around $89 from Officeworks and can be re-useable).

You should also budget to include ONE prize for our Instagram Competition. Note you only need to provide ONE prize even if you are purchasing 2 or more banners.

30 second Screen Advertisement (Similar to Cinema advertising, played on 3 nights of the ADF: $800 + GST

Sponsor a 1 hour workshop, includes e-newsletter promotion to the ADF database of 8,000+ individuals: $500 + GST (Note: You must cover the cost of the instructor, and instructors must be approved by the Australian Dance Festival)
