In consideration of participating in the Oxbow Truth and Reconciliation Walk, hosted by The Town of Oxbow and the Oxbow and District Recreation Board Inc, I agree to assume all risks inherent in participation in such program, whether they are apparent to me or not. I certify that I am in good physical health and fit to participate. Nevertheless, I acknowledge that participation carries an inherent risk of injury to my person and damage to my property.

I assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including extreme temperatures and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the Bow Valley Trails, and natural wildlife along the course.

I attest to agree to the following:

- No roller skates, roller blades, skateboards, pedal bikes, or scooters allowed on the trails

- Children under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian in order to participate (below)

- Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Town of Oxbow, the Oxbow and District Recreation Board Inc and Bow Valley Trails, and Bow Valley Park Committees, all event sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.

By electronically signing this you give consent for photographs to be used, in any manner or form to be used, in any manner or form whatsoever, either wholly or in part, as determined by SaskCulture Inc., Town of Oxbow and the Oxbow & District Recreation Board, for use in its print publications and/or electronic mediums for promotional or public awareness initiatives used provincially and nationally. I agree to publication of my image(s) in print and/or electronic mediums for use in Sask Lotteries promotion. I understand that I do not hold the copyright of the photographs/video.
