Join the GradSWE & SWE mentorship program this year! The goal of this program is to build community among undergraduate and graduate women in STEM fields. In this program, every mentee will get the opportunity to find their perfect mentor, to offer them feedback and advice, and help explore new opportunities. Being a mentor will provide a unique opportunity to step outside your normal circle of friends, provide guidance and motivation to mentees, and gain fresh perspectives. An opportunity for meeting other women engineers across multiple STEM fields via various social and professional events can be just another great way to enrich your graduate school experience! We are looking forward to having you be part of the program this year!
