David Douglas Dad's Club scholarship application
It is the purpose of the David Douglas Dad's Club to make financial aid for education beyond high school available to members of the 2019-2020 graduating class of DDHS and Fir Ridge based on the following criteria: academic performance, financial need, leadership/contribution, and future goals.  One scholarship in the amount of $500 will be awarded to a Fir Ridge graduate.  

Applicants must submit this completed form to the Fir Ridge Counseling office by May 4, 2020.

Only fully completed applications will be considered.  One letter of recommendation is also required.
