CPD monies 2022/2023: Available Training Packages

IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ: Please complete the below form to choose and book a CPD training package funded by your 2022/2023 CPD monies. For dates of the courses, please see the CPD Local Menu PDF available on our website here: https://www.lincolnshiretraininghub.nhs.uk/training-and-events/cpd/

Prior to booking a course, please check with your practice or PCN that they are happy to release you for the dates in question.

The practitioners eligible for CPD monies are as follows:

- Advanced nurse practitioners
- Nurse specialists
- Extended role practice nurses
- Practice nurses
- Nursing associates
- Nursing partners
- Nurse dispensers
- Podiatrists
- Physiotherapists
- Occupational therapists
- Paramedics

- Speech and language therapists

- Dietitians

Once you have completed this form, your place will be automatically booked by Lincolnshire Training Hub on the requested course(s). You DO NOT need to book the course directly with the course provider.

Cancellations: As these courses will be booked at scale to deliver optimum value for practitioners, please note that places on the course(s) you book via this Google Docs form cannot be cancelled. If you are unable to attend, you will not be able to reclaim CPD monies to spend on alternative training.

If courses are oversubscribed, additional dates will be booked. If any course does not have the minimum number of people signed up 56 days prior to the course start date, the course may be cancelled. If this happens, we will contact those who have booked onto the course in question to offer alternative training.

Undertaking your own choice of course: Clinicians wishing to undertake their own choice of course not on the local menu are requested to book the course in question and submit written confirmation of the order together with bank details for reimbursement to ruth.pollock@nhs.net. LTH will then reimburse the course cost up to the value of £333. Deadline for submitting reimbursement claims: 30th March 2023. If you are not in a position to book the course yourself, e.g. due to financial constraints, LTH can book on your behalf.
