We are currently working on a client project with Raffles Hotel Singapore focusing on the Pre-Arrival/Arrival Experience in hotels. Hence we would like to know how was your past experience staying at hotels in Singapore, and what are the areas that can be improved further to make your next stay/future stay with Raffles the most memorable hotel experience yet.
