Expression of interest in future QuIP courses
This form is to help us understand future demand for QuIP Lead Evaluator courses and provide the best date options to suit availability. Completing this form does not sign you up for the course and you are not obliged to stick to anything you submit! We usually only run around 3-4 courses a year, so will not be running all of the dates which are on offer below. We will contact you with course dates once they are fixed.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COURSE IS RUN REMOTELY AND IS NOT CONTINUOUS FOR 8 DAYS! It is designed to fit around your work schedule but you will need to allocate 1.5-2 hours per day on average.
