Darul Arqum Islamic Center Membership Application Form

Darul Arqum Islamic Center offers two types of membership: paid voting membership and regular membership.

  • Paid voting members have the right to vote in General Assembly elections and be eligible to serve on the Board of Directors. The annual membership fee is $30. This money will be considered as a General Fund donation.
  • Regular members do not have voting privileges, but they are still entitled to all of the other benefits of membership, such as access to the center's facilities and programs.

  • Complete all required parts clearly.
  • Submit the Form.
  • The fee for voting membership is $30 per person per year. No fee is for general membership.
  • Submit the required fee, if any, by debit/credit card through our website, MOHID, or by check/cash inserted into the donation box.
