1. In order to secure your child’s enrollment, you must:
(a.) Complete and sign Registration Form and Parent-School Agreement Form.
(b.) Pay a $125.00 non-refundable registration fee.
(c.) Submit an up-to-date copy of immunizations prior to school beginning.
2. Our school offers classes for K-2, K-3, and K-4. Please check your child’s age at the time of September 1, 2024. This will determine his/her class assignment.
*3. Tuition is based on an annual amount of $3,900 divided over a 10-month period. Therefore, monthly tuition will be $390. This includes a class t-shirt and a professional photo memory. We may modify the payment plan to be paid over a 12-month period if requested. If selected, the two additional payments would be made June 1, 2024 and July 1, 2024. There will be no refund if your child must be absent from school due to illness, family vacation, etc.
4. Tuition statements will be sent out by the 15th of each month beginning on July 15, 2024. Payment is due by the 1st of the following month, with the first tuition payment being due on August 1, 2024. In order to maintain the quality of our program and your child’s participation in it, all tuition payments need to be paid on time. A late fee of $25 will be applied to all payments received after the 5th. Any account surpassing 30 days overdue is grounds for dismissal of our program.
5. Each student is assessed a one time classroom curriculum & supply fee of $150. This allows us to purchase the necessary curriculum materials needed for our program. This is due either in full by August 1st OR $75 in August and the remaining $75 January 1st.
6. School hours are 8:00am–3:00pm. Children may be dropped off between 8:00am and 8:30am. Afternoon pickups will begin at 2:30 and conclude at 3:00, as this is when we close. Please ensure your child is picked up on time. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed if your child is picked up past 3:00. Three late pick-ups will result in termination of enrollment. Our facility operates as a school, not a daycare. We closely follow local school calendars. In the event Laurens County schools close due to weather, The Learning Tree will also close.
8. Our school offers breakfast, lunch, and snack each day to all students in attendance. All that is required is a completed nutrition form to be sent at the time of enrollment. Failure to complete the form can result in incurring separate nutrition fees to cover his/her meals.
9. *All K-3 and K-4 students are required to be potty trained. Please understand that your child loses his/her spot if they begin school without being potty trained. This does not apply to 2-year-old students. We understand this may not be attainable for all, so please plan accordingly when committing to our program.
10. Your signature below indicates that you have read and understand this agreement and that you are willing to abide by the terms thereof. Your signature signifies a commitment of enrollment. If you withdraw your child from our program before school concludes in May of 2025, an early withdrawal penalty of a full month’s tuition will be required upon withdrawal.
