As of January 7, 2022 fully vaccinated workers that develop mild symptoms of COVID-19 may not be prioritized for COVID-19 testing:

• Workers that are not fully vaccinated will be required to self-isolate for a minimum of 10 days from the first day of symptoms
• Workers must immediately report absence due to illness to both the client site and the Arkay Safety Coordinator
• Workers are required to continue wearing a mask indoors, physically distancing, sanitizing hands and surfaces
• Gathering in lunchrooms, or groups is strongly discouraged at this time. Levels of circulating illnesses are at the highest level of the pandemic
• Workers are encouraged to use Arkay occupancy signage limiting work areas or units to 2 workers per unit. Signs are available in the site OHSM binder or by request to the Arkay Safety Coordinator
• Ventilation in work areas is important, open windows and doors if possible
• Elevator use should be limited to 3 people only. Use of masks in enclosed spaces is mandatory

• STAY HOME IF SICK!!!!
