This form was created to connect people with each other for mutual support. One of the ways we covenant to support each other is inside the very real day-to-day experience of moving through this world. This form can connect us, bringing together those who need help with those who can offer help.

If you don’t need specific help at this time but would like to connect with more members of this congregation, so you can look out for each other, please fill this form out. Your information will be entered in a spreadsheet (with your consent) that others in the community can access in order to contact you to set up a caring connection.
Perhaps one of the most important things we can do right now for each other is to stay connected. We encourage everyone to activate that Buddy System we’re taught as children, to adopt a neighbor as your buddy and check in with your buddy each day in a way that works for you both.
From our Covenant, adopted in 1989: "We, as a Fellowship, affirm our covenant... ...to nurture a sense of family, and to enhance the quality of life for ourselves, our children, and the larger community."
May this guide us one step closer toward that goal.
