The Tennessee Human Rights Commission (THRC) is interested in learning more about the communities and partners we serve. Information from this survey will be utilized by THRC staff to assess education and outreach needs. Please respond to the following questions. We appreciate your feedback!

Anything a participant submits could be subject to the provisions of the Tennessee Public Records Act.
