Greetings from the French-American School of New York (FASNY).

We write to invite you to support an organization that offers a very high societal return. FASNY, now in its 39th year, consistently meets and exceeds the highest standards in both the French and International (IB) Baccalaureate programs.

FASNY’s curriculum combines best-in-class French, American, and international educational approaches along with modern STEM offerings and cultural immersion opportunities. Every graduate is fluent in at least two languages, many in three or more given the students international backgrounds. Such a rigorous, well-rounded education allows our graduates to rise to the highest levels in the fields of medicine, engineering, management, public service, entrepreneurship, education, and beyond. These latest-generation Renaissance men and women are needed to help fuel change and navigate the complexities of the global economy and our increasingly interconnected world.

The next annual FASNY Gala will be held on March 28, 2020, at the Brae Burn Country Club in Purchase, New York. This year's theme, "Sparking Creativity,” embraces imaginative approaches to learning and celebrates the ingenuity in every individual. We are thrilled to honor Mr. Tom Hill and Mrs. Janine Hill. As individuals, Mr. and Mrs. Hill have achieved global distinction in their fields and helped shape industries and economies worldwide. As a couple, they embody the bi-cultural nature of our school, and lastly, as philanthropists, they invest in advancing the role of arts and education in our city and society.

While we know you have many worthy causes to consider, we believe that our international community is a coveted audience for your company. The enclosed materials detail the participation opportunities we offer:

• Live auction / silent auction items: Your donations (experiences, travel, rare art, backstage passes, tickets to sporting events, etc.) will be marketed to our large network and featured on our website, which is visited by current and prospective FASNY families, alumni, and the greater community

• Journal advertising: The Gala Journal is a glossy book distributed for this special event and featured on the FASNY Gala website.

• Your brand featured before an audience of 500 FASNY supporters, comprising a disproportionate number of C-level executives, VPs, and key decision makers at major international corporations.

As Albert Einstein said, “Creativity is seeing what everyone else has seen, and thinking what no one else has thought.” We would be so thankful if you would join us in our endeavor to raise bright, global and creative citizens.
