Driver Class *
Driver Class determines how skilled a driver is overall, with Rookies being the least skilled and Masters being the most skilled. Rookies cost 30 SP (Support Points), Regulars 45 SP, Veterans cost 60 SP, Elites are 75 SP, and Masters cost 90 SP to hire.
Driver Archetype *
The driver Archetype determines their style, and thus what they are good or bad at.
