กิจกรรมเพื่อรำลึกถึง 20 ปี การบังคับสูญหายของนายสมชาย นีละไพจิตร เป็นวาระในการสื่อสารเรื่องราว ความทรงจำของครอบครัวนายสมชาย และเพื่อร่วมตั้งคำถาม และร่วมคิดว่าในคดีความการสูญหายของทนายสมชายนั้น จะมีก้าวต่อไปหรือไม่จากพระราชบัญญัติฉบับใหม่ (พ.ร.บ. ป้องกันและปราบปรามการทรมานและการบังคับบุคคลสูญหาย พ.ศ. 2565)

วันจันทร์ที่ 11 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2567 ตั้งแต่เวลา 19.00 to 21.00 น. จะมีการเผยแพร่ภาพยนตร์สั้น เรื่อง “พราก” และกล่าวแนะนำภาพยนตร์ โดย คุณ คาเงะ ธีระวัฒน์ มุลวิไล ศิลปินรางวัลศิลปาธร หนึ่งในผู้ร่วมก่อตั้ง B-Floor เวทีการเสวนา และการแสดงนิทรรศการที่สมาคมผู้สื่อข่าวต่างประเทศแห่งประเทศไทย (FCCT) BTS เพลินจิต กรุงเทพฯ กิจกรรมนี้เข้าร่วมได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย (การเสวนาเป็นภษาอังกฤษ ไม่มีการแปลเป็นภาษาไทย)

Teerawat Mulvilai (Kage), a Thai prominent stage performance artist, film director, and co-founder of ‘B-floor’, panel discussion, and photo exhibition, at the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Thailand (FCCT), Ploenchit BTS, Bangkok, from 19.00 to 21.00 o’clock. The event is free and open to the public.
