Terms and Conditions
- Payment is non-refundable. Automatic credit card payments must be made to prevent any delays in content creation and publishing.
- If client does not have an Instagram and/or Facebook profile and need help setting one up, an extra one time fee will be charged per platform.
- A 3 month contract is required to significantly grow and improve the law firm's social media profile.
- Client is expected to actively communicate with the team via email, and deliver all the requirements within a week.
- In case of revisions, client shall give detailed feedback and be clear on the required changes to avoid any miscommunication.
- Respect and courtesy shall be maintained during the communication.
- All official submissions and requests shall be done via email, so client should share an email they regularly check.
