Falcon Track & Field Clinic
The Canyon View Track and Field Team is honored to host a clinic for boys and girls in the Cedar City/Enoch area.  We are excited to teach track and field skills such as running, throwing, and jumping.  Please register below and then pay your fee when you come to the CV Track on Tuesday, April 30. Check in/Registration will begin at 3:45 pm.  The Clinic will be hosted at the CV track Tuesday, April 30 and Wednesday, May 1 at 4:00 pm and will end at 5:30 pm.
The cost for this clinic is $25 per athlete or a $65 family rate of 3-4 siblings.  This price includes two days of Track & Field Clinic and a T shirt.  Please pay with cash or check written out to CVHS Track.   All proceeds of this event will go towards the track and field program at Canyon View High School.

I, the parent/guardian, hereby authorize to the above athlete to participate in the 2024 Track & Field Clinic.  I further consent to treatment deemed necessary by health care providers designated by the school authorities for and illnesses or injury resulting from his/her athletic participation.  
I, the participating athlete, understand that participation in this Track & Field Clinic is a choice that I have made with the knowledge that I will be held to a high standard of sportsmanship, citizenship, and character.  I agree to the follow the rules of the Clinic and to respect myself and others at all times.
